Listed below are the various application forms, used to become a member of the Grange. All of the forms on this page are Adobe pdf forms. They will require Adobe Reader to open them. If you do not have Adobe Reader or you have an older version, you can visit the Adobe website and get Adobe Reader. Some of the form have an option to download a fillable version of the form, or to download a nonfillable version which will allow you to complete the form and mail it in to the State Grange.

To become a Junior 1+ Grange member, you must be between the ages of 5 and 13, submit an application, signed by parent or guardian, and be accepted into membership by Subordinate / Community Grange. |

Subordinate Grange Membership Application |

To become a Subordinate Grange member, you must be at least 13 1/2 years old, submit an application accompanied by the application fee for that Grange, and be accepted into membership by the Subordinate Grange. (Click here to get single page application.) |

In the Subordinate/Community Grange, it is permitted that a member can hold one additional membership in another Subordinate/Community Grange. This is called an affiliate membership. Member will be required to pay dues in both Granges. |

Family Subordinate Grange Membership Application |

Family membership is a class of membership open to members of the same household, with the dependents being under the age of 23. To become a Family Grange member, submit an application accompanied by the application fee for that Grange, and be accepted into membership by the Subordinate Grange. |

Associate Grange Membership Application |

A person or business with an interest in the advancement of agriculture and improvement of rural life may become an Associate Member. Associate Members shall not be entitled to vote on matters of Grange policy or participate in National Grange sponsored contests that are designed for Grange Members only but are otherwise entitled to all other benefits of membership.To become a Associate Grange member, you must be at least 14 years old and be accepted into membership by the Subordinate/Community Grange. |

Pomona Grange Membership Application |

To become a Pomona Grange member, you must already belong to a Subordinate/Community Grange, submit an application, and be accepted into membership by the Pomona Grange. The Pomona Grange is the District/County Grange level. |
